No specific artist in mind? Email is the best way to get in touch! It’s tough to answer the phone while we’re tattooing and by keeping all of your information in our email we are better able to stay organized. We appreciate your patience while we get back to you. Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive it can sometimes take a few days or more.

 

If you could include the following information in your initial message we can get the ball rolling faster:  

Name, phone number, rough size estimate (comparisons help, like “palm sized”), brief description of your idea, and your availability. Please feel free to attach any reference photos.

 

WE DO NOT TATTOO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. Not even with parental consent!

 

Appointments require a MINIMUM of $60 (+ tax and 4% credit card fee) deposit. The final cost of your deposit is at the discretion of each artist and dependent on many factors. For multiple sitting pieces, the deposit is deducted at the final sitting. Deposits are paid online via Square unless otherwise specified by your artist. **PLEASE READ OUR DEPOSIT/APPOINTMENT POLICIES BELOW**

Deposits are used to secure appointment times and will be applied to appointments at the time of service or (for multiple sitting pieces) at the final appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be applied to another appointment time with 48 BUSINESS hours notice. This means that because the studio is closed on Sundays, there is no checking of voicemails or emails on this day. To move or change an appointment the client must contact their artist via email. Calling the studio in regards to appointments is not the preferred way of contact. The only exception to the deposit policy is in the case of unexpected inclement weather such as a snow storm. Appointments that may be effected by impending inclement weather will be addressed with ample time for rescheduling if necessary.

If you arrive 20 or more minutes late to an appointment, your artist may no longer be able to accommodate you. Your deposit will be used to compensate your artist for their time, and you will need to leave another to reschedule. 

Your deposit is for your appointment AS SCHEDULED. Any changes to the idea as discussed need to be addressed prior (at least 48 hours, but more depending on the complexity of the project) to your appointment date. This is for the integrity of your tattoo, as the appropriate amount of time and care needs to be given to your artwork. If your tattoo cannot be executed at your scheduled time due to last minute changes to your design, your deposit will be used to compensate your artist for their time, and a new one will need to be left to reschedule. Your artist has the right to decline any project should you decide on a different idea than the one agreed upon, and even in this circumstance your deposit is still non-refundable.

Sharing of artwork before a scheduled appointment is up to your individual artist and may or may not be done at their discretion.

Consultations may or may not be required. This is also at the discretion of your artist.

ALL CLIENTS need to provide a government issued photo ID at the time of their appointment. You will not be able to get tattooed without one. Additionally, the studio does not tattoo anyone under 18 years of age, not even with parental consent. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to provide an ID showing an age of at least 18 will result in a cancelled appointment and your deposit will be used to compensate your artist for their time.

AGAIN, DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. DEPOSITS CAN BE TRANSFERRED WITH 48 HOURS NOTICE. APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE ARE SUBJECT TO FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT.
